Charles loves working with both buyers and sellers. With 10 years of flipping experience, he brings a unique skill set to real estate. He truly understands the process and how frustrating it can be to deal with lazy REALTORS® that don’t communicate. Therefore, Charles does everything he can to make sure that every deal goes as smooth as possible. With his renovation experience, he also has the eye and knowledge to know what buyers are looking for. He can also help buyers see the potential in a house when a buyer can’t see it.

As the team’s listing specialist, Kevin consults with our sellers and helps them determine a listing price for their home. He also advises them on the specific marketing plan that will help their home sell for the most money in the least amount of time. Kevin’s expert negotiating skills and 20+ years of real estate experience are put to good use when sellers receive offers. He helps everyone with their desired outcome in a win-win environment.


Courtney Downer

At any given time our team might have five to twenty houses under contract and each one has to be taken through the extensive process of contract signatures, inspections, appraisals, and closing. Up to fifteen people can be involved in a transaction and Courtney maintains communication with all of them to make sure our clients  close on their sale or purchase. When it comes to managing the details, there is no one better suited for the task than Courtney.
