Barbara DePeralta

At any given time our team might have five to twenty houses under contract and each one has to be taken through the extensive process of contract signatures, inspections, appraisals, and closing. Up to fifteen people can be involved in a transaction and Barbara maintains communication with all of them to make sure our clients close on their sale or purchase. When it comes to managing the details, there is no one better suited for the task than Barbara.
