He walked us through what to expect on both sides of the transaction, taking time to answer any questions we had. If he didn’t know the answer, he found out quickly and got right back to us. “Think of a time you had a fuzzy warm feeling; Hiring Ron felt like that. Upon hiring him, the wife and I felt quite at ease and happy with our decision. With Ron the house selling process is easy-peasy! A call here and there, few and far between and voila! He sold our house well above our initial expectations, about 50K. The house we sold was a nice but small house, single garage, one bath, 3 bedroom, and an unfinished basement. The wife and I hoped, we could sell it for 155K. We thought this to be the most we could sell it for. Needless to say, Ron, confidently and absolutely assured with his assessment, told us he could sell it for 200K. We were thrilled and shocked at the same time. Yes, probably like yourself, should you meet with him, you may be inclined to disbelieve the actual value of your house and his ability to sell it for said amount. WORRY NOT! If he says he can do it, don’t fret. All you need to do is hire him and let him do that for which you hired him. And when you do hire him, let Ron will represent your interests to the utmost. I would and will hire Ron again and when I the opportunity presents itself, I recommend him fervently. He’s a pro! Do yourself a favor and hire this man. Then go about your life worry free. He will make it happen.”

“Meeting Ron was the best experience; he helped this first-time home seller with everything needed to know. Angie Stoner was the agent from Ron’s team who got everything in place and handled the showings/sale. She and Ron set the asking price, which turned out to be perfect for the area, comps and then the lender. Ron stayed involved through the entire process, so even though Angie was my point of contact, Ron was available and checked in during each phase and after the sale completed. The first day we had 5 or 6 showings and multiple offers; with over a dozen showings and a contract in less than 48 hours, above asking price.
